This is a picture I got from one of the teachers at Sophia's school. Here she is at Snack Time.
365 days a year we live as the McCaffrey family. This is just a glimpse into our everyday life.
Ok, so I had my first failure in the 365 days of pics. I didn't take a picture yesterday. Shame on me. But I still have an adorable picture to post. Josh took this picture after we found out we were going to have our little boy. We printed this picture and framed it, then gave it to our parents as a Christmas gift. Since we did this as their Christmas gift, it meant I had to keep it a secret, it was only a week but man was it hard. No thanks to my mom or mother-in law. I got emails from both of them stating the Top 10 reasons I should tell them before Christmas.

You have our infant carrier out upstairs right now. Sophia usually walks down the stairs each morning and sees it and says "Baby, Baby Oliver" Then today she decided she was going to play the baby and this is how I found her. I couldn't resist posting a picture of Sophia as a baby in the infant seat. Sophia was only 2 days old in this picture. We had just brought her home from the hospital.
Seriously, I did so much research and agonizing over what double stroller we should get. I learned a lesson, when you are looking at infant carriers for your first baby also be thinking about possible double strollers you might one day want. I found out our infant carrier is not compatible with a single double stroller. FRUSTRATING! Well, Josh and I finally made a decision to go with the Phil and Ted's sport stroller with a doubles kit. I am praying it will work out. Now I just have to prove to Josh that I will get my butt out on the trail and start running again this summer. I am thinking a wedding in July might be motivation!
I found Sophia sitting down holding this frame. I asked her what she was doing and she said "baby brother Oliver" ok it didn't sound totally clear like an adult would say but that is definately what she said. I told Josh that I think we might have to go with that name, if not just for the fact of how adorable Sophia sounded saying it.
Here he is, our adorable baby boy! I am excited for him to arrive. I can't wait to hold him, see what he looks like (although I have been preparing myself that he will be a Josh look alike) I can't wait to see Sophia interact with him and take on the roll of BIG SISTER! She already loves to cuddle with him, although she is just cuddling with my big belly! Sweetness.
