Oliver is already 2 months, I can't believe it. It is true time goes so much faster with your second baby.

Trying to savor every minute. He started smiling and cooing. Melts my heart everytime I see his sweet smile.

The big girl bed

Sophia wasn't interested in taking naps in the big girl bed so I thought I would try putting her to bed for the night. Wasn't thinking it would actually work but thought I should at least try. Well, it worked, this is her in her big girl bed after her first night. She is very proud of herself and so are we.

A day of play with cousin Regan

Sophia got to spend some time with her cousin Regan the other day. They had fun splashing in the pool. Sophia got a kick out of feeding Regan her noodles. Sophia thought if she fed them to Regan she wouldn't have to eat them. And the last picture is my favorite, they both wanted to sit on the potty together. To bad neither of them went.

Playing the match game.

This is Sophia and daddy's favorite game to play. Josh will hold up a card and ask Sophia to find its match. She sits there with the expression of the bottom picture and sames 'UMMMMM" She usually finds the matching card before daddy does.

Blog is officially updated

Ok so I think this brings the blog up to date on pictures and our lives. I will try to do a better job now. I do admit that poor Oliver already has fewer pictures than Sophia did at his age. I better work on that too.

Hiking in Chippewa National Forest

This was our first little trip away since Oliver joined the family. Josh and I went on a 6 mile hike in the Chippewa National Forest, near Grand Rapids MN. We had a great time and look forward to taking the kids on future hiking trips.
